Accessing the service

Referrals

We can only accept referrals via Bristol City Council's housing support register (HSR)
This can only be done by a registered referrer. member of staff

Only one application is needed to register for multiple services.
Once on the register, we will arrange for an assessment.
Following the assessment and where criteria is met, accommodation will be offered at the earliest possible date. We can provide pre admission advice and guidance.
On admission, an individually tailored support plan will be provided.
We will liaise with other agencies involved with your support plan. We will visit other agencies and organisation to promote our services.
